Crispy and Fragrant Thin Roasted Almonds

Mix the water and yeast first, and set aside.

Add softened butter, salt and sifted low powder.
3.
Mix into a dough, chill and relax for 1 hour.

Take it out and roll it into a 2mm thick dough slice and cut into the shape you like.
5.
Brush the surface with egg wash and stick almond slices.
6.
About 180/170 degrees in 25 minutes.
