Crispy and Refreshing Zucchini Salad

1. Prepare a tender zucchini and wash it.

2. Use a grater to wipe the zucchini into shreds. The middle stall of the grater is just the right thickness.

3. Put millet spicy and green peppercorns in a bowl, heat oil in a pot, bring the oil to a boil, pour the oil on the millet spicy and peppercorns.

4. Add balsamic vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce, chicken essence and stir well, then add hemp pepper oil or {sesame oil) and stir well

5. Just pour the sauce in the bowl on the zucchini.

6. The simple, quick and delicious cold dish is ready.

Tips:

If you like to eat cooked, you can put salt and oil in the pot for 30 seconds to remove, and then put it in cold water.
