Crispy Cheese Potato Balls

Ingredients: potatoes, flour, cheese, eggs, pepper, bread crumbs.

Potatoes are steamed, peeled and pressed into mashed potatoes

Add half an egg and two tablespoons of flour to the mashed potatoes.

Add a little salt and pepper.

Synthetic potato dough.

Take a small piece of potato dough for reunion, stuff it with a piece of cut cheese, and round it into a potato ball.
