Crispy Chicken Rice Flower

Pat the chicken loose with the back of a knife and cut into small pieces.

Marinate the chicken pieces with cooking wine, salt and white pepper for half an hour.

Beat the eggs and put in the chicken pieces, mix well.

Spread a layer of starch on the pan first.

Put chicken pieces in scattered pieces.

Put another layer of starch on the chicken nuggets. Flip the chicken nuggets with chopsticks to coat them evenly with starch. If there is enough starch in the plate, put the chicken nuggets and flip.
