Crispy Chicken Strips

Wash the chicken breast and cut into strips with a knife.

Add the chicken strips to salt, Lee Kum Kee black pepper sauce (if you don't have black pepper sauce, you can use: black pepper powder, delicious, fuel-consuming mix instead), cooking wine, sugar, egg white, starch, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.

The marinated chicken strips are dipped in egg yolk liquid and then wrapped in breadcrumbs.

Put oil in the pan, medium-low heat, and when 70% hot, add the chicken strips and fry until golden.
