Crispy Cold Cucumber

Prepare two fresh cucumbers, peel off all the thorny skins on the cucumber surface, wash them, pat them with a knife, and cut into small sections.

First: When choosing cucumbers, be sure to choose fresh cucumbers.
Second: When scraping the cucumber skins, you don't need to scrape them all, you can leave a little bit, so that the cucumbers will be brighter in color.
