Crispy Cookies
1.
Put 125g of butter in a small pot, prepare a slightly larger pot to put hot water (not too hot, just let the water boil for a while)
2.
Method: Put the small pot in the big pot and it will turn into water in a few minutes
3.
Add powdered sugar and salt, mix well with a blender
4.
Add the egg whites and continue to mix well until they melt together
5.
Sift in the cake powder several times, and stir with a spatula until there is no dry powder (if you like to eat cocoa, you can only add 130g of flour, and then add 15g of cocoa powder for mixing)
6.
Put it into a piping bag and squeeze out the pattern you like.
7.
Preheat at 180 degrees for 3 minutes, put the squeezed cookies into the oven, middle layer, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
Tips:
If you want to make cookies crispy, melt the butter. If you like sweeter ones, you can add 10g more powdered sugar
