Crispy Fried Chicken

All ingredients are available

Use a toothpick to pierce some small eyes on the chicken thigh, it will taste good

Crush potato chips for later use

The chicken legs are marinated with cooking wine, salt, pepper, pepper powder, ginger powder, and green onions for at least 3 hours

2 eggs and some flour and mix well

Put it in a frying pan and fry on a high fire to set the shape, then turn to a low fire to cook.

Use chopsticks to pierce the chicken thigh, it’s easy to pierce it in to prove that it's almost cooked, and then deep-fry it for 5 or 6 minutes.

Tips:
Chicken thighs are marinated in advance
