Crispy Fried Chicken Chop

Chicken breasts.

Cut the chicken breast from the side without cutting it, spread it out and knock it loose with the back of a knife.

Marinate the chicken with cooking wine, white pepper, and salt for half an hour. It can also be marinated in advance, and the marinating time is more delicious.
