Crispy Fried Chicken Drumsticks with Black Pepper
1.
Wash the drumsticks and pierce some small holes with a fork to facilitate the taste.
2.
Only use the lower part of the chicken drumstick, and the upper part can be marinated and fried to make a burger.
3.
Stir 1 spoon of garlic, 1 spoon of onion, 1 spoon of chili powder, half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of pepper, and a little cooking wine to make a marinade. Put the chicken legs in a bag and massage to taste.
4.
Take the chicken thighs out of the bag and sprinkle a little starch on the surface to avoid splashing when they are fried, and they will be crispy after being fried.
5.
When the oil temperature is 50% to 60% hot (about 150 degrees), lower the drumsticks and deep-fry them over a low fire of about 100 degrees.
6.
Fry until it's cooked through, remove and drain the water.
Tips:
For those who like spicy food, you can add chili powder when marinating. Because the child couldn't eat any spicy food, I didn't let it go.
