Crispy Fried Chicken Fillet

Main ingredients: 300g chicken breast, 1 egg seasoning: oil, salt, cooking wine, corn starch, bread crumbs, tomato sauce.

Wash the chicken breasts and cut into inch strips to make chicken fillets. Add cooking wine to the chicken fillet to remove the fishy taste, and then add a little salt to marinate for 5 minutes for the bottom taste.

Take a chicken fillet and dip it in cornstarch.

Dip the egg mixture again.

Then roll a layer of bread crumbs. Do them one by one and set aside.

Put oil in the pot and heat it up. After the oil is 50% hot, add the reserved chicken fillets and fry them over medium heat.

The chicken fillet is fried to golden brown and can be taken out.

Remove from the pot and serve on a plate, drain the oil. Serve with tomato sauce for dipping.
Tips:
1. It can be made by frying on medium heat.
2. You can also use warm frying to make the shape first, and then re-fry it with 70% hot oil.
