Crispy Fried Chicken Nuggets
1.
Wash and drain the chicken wings, chop small pieces, stir evenly with salt, chicken powder, and cooking wine, and marinate for about 20 minutes.
2.
Prepare the crispy fried powder (you can also mix it yourself: flour + water + eggs) and adjust it to a thick paste that can be stirred.
3.
The crispy fried powder is mixed with water in a container and the chicken pieces are coated with the slurry.
4.
Heat the pan and pour the oil. After the temperature of the oil rises, put down the chicken nuggets soaked in the fried powder and fry on high heat until golden brown. (During this period, keep turning over so that the chicken pieces are evenly heated.)
5.
Pick it up, use special absorbent paper for the kitchen to absorb the oil, put it in a basin, and sprinkle shredded chili and chopped green onion.
Tips:
When pouring the chicken nuggets, be sure to fry it on high fire. After all the chicken nuggets are put down, they can be adjusted to medium heat and fried for a while. When the color turns yellow, they can be fried on high fire for a while. This will quickly force out the excess oil in the chicken nuggets, and it will taste exceptionally crispy.
