My daughter likes to eat grilled wings, but my husband calls for fried chicken wings. Alas-it's really hard for everyone to talk about it because the public wants wontons for noodles! Okay, let’s deep-fry the chicken wings today. Let’s change the taste! It's just me---really tired! "

Crispy Fried Chicken Wings

1. Wash the chicken wings, put them in a pressure cooker, add water, cooking wine, ginger, green onions, and a little salt, and cook until the chicken wings are 7-8 well cooked.

2. Remove the chicken wings and drain the water.

3. Place the chicken wings in the fried chicken ingredients and coat them evenly with the fried chicken ingredients.

4. Heat the oil pan until the oil is 7 minutes hot, and fry the chicken wings.

5. Fry until golden on the surface.

Tips:

Usually other people don’t need to cook the chicken wings first. I didn’t cook them when I fry them for the first time, but when they were fried, either the surface was charred or the inside was half-baked, so the chicken wings were cooked in advance! This way it won't be unfried or burnt!
