Crispy Fried Shrimp

1. Shell the prawns.

2. Pick up the sand line, cut it from the back, don't cut it.

3. Put the cleaned shrimp into a large bowl, add pepper and ginger spring onion water to marinate for 15 minutes.

4. Prepare flour, egg liquid, and bread crumbs. Add a pinch of salt to the breadcrumbs and mix well.

5. Put the oil in the pot and heat it to 4 layers of heat (I felt the heat with my hands about 5 cm above the pot). Take a shrimp and stick the flour first.

6. Then stick egg liquid.

7. Paste the bread crumbs at the end.

8. Fry in a frying pan until golden brown.

9. Just take it out and use paper to absorb the excess oil.
