Crispy Fried Wings

Prepare the middle section of chicken wings and the five-spice fried chicken powder.

Make a cut on the thick side of the chicken wings.

Add seasonings to marinate chicken wings, add cooking wine, salt, a little sugar, pepper, aniseed, green onions, ginger, add appropriate amount of honey, and marinate for more than 20 minutes.
