Crispy Glutinous Rice

Soak the glutinous rice the night before, remove excess water, and steam it in a pot.

Beat the eggs, cut the sausage into pieces, and fry them in a frying pan.

Put the steamed glutinous rice into the sausage egg and mix well.

Add shallots, crisp whistle, light soy sauce and mix well.

Pour half of the glutinous rice into the mold and add the soybean paste.

Fill the mold with glutinous rice.
