Crispy Grilled Fish Fillet

After the fish fillet is naturally thawed, clean it, and be sure to fully absorb the moisture with a disinfected tea towel or kitchen paper;

Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on both sides, marinate for 5 minutes;

Add minced garlic and chopped parsley to the breadcrumbs (or chopped coriander), mix well;
