Crispy Grilled Fish Steak

1- Frozen Longli fish fillet is naturally thawed, washed and dried with a paper towel, sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly on both sides of the fish fillet, and marinate for a while.

2- The ingredients needed to prepare the crispy coat: breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, mix them evenly.

3- Dip the fish fillet with flour, egg liquid, and breadcrumbs mixed in the above steps in order.

4- Spread a layer of olive oil on the baking sheet tin foil, and arrange the fish fillets on top. The oven selects the full grill mode, set 200, and grill for 20 minutes.
