Crispy Lotus Root Slices

Drip sesame oil, and start eating, it is crispy and delicious.

Slice and soak in water to prevent blackening.

Peel the lotus vegetable and soak in water
Tips:
Add white vinegar to the lotus vegetable blanching water to prevent oxidation and blackening. It is not advisable to blanch it for a long time.
