Lotus Seed Ginseng Pork Rib Soup

Prepare all the ingredients: ribs, ginseng, lotus, ginger.

Tips:
1. The tender lotus seed does not need to remove the lotus heart and is not bitter. If it is an old lotus seed, remove the lotus core, otherwise it will be bitter. Use a toothpick to pass through the lotus seed to easily remove the lotus core. Do not throw the lotus core. You can go to the fire.
2. Add ginger slices and cooking wine to the ribs to remove the fishy smell.
