Some people will cook crispy meat for us on their birthdays, and they will cook this dish for us even during the Chinese New Year. But this year my aunt went home early, so I practiced making my own crispy meat. Today, I used lean meat to make it. It was not as moist and crispy as the aunt, but the crispy texture is also good.

Ingredients

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Add pork slices to light soy sauce and cooking wine to marinate for a while.

3. Then add eggs and starch.

4. Stir until it becomes like this.

5. Then deep fry into the frying pan until the shape is finalized.

6. Turn to the empty fryer again and fry until crispy. You can add appropriate amount of barbecue powder to taste according to personal preference.
