Crispy Mushroom and Egg Pot Stickers

Prepare the ingredients, dice or shred, as you like😊

Scramble the eggs first, and try to fry them into broken eggs, or they are not easy to pack at the back, add other ingredients and go through it. Just like normal cooking, add oil-consuming soy sauce and fry them.

I use wonton wrapper, it will stick to the dough easily if it is dipped in water

There are several kinds of packages, some are sealed and some are unsealed, depending on your liking

It’s better to leave some gaps for placement, and don’t be too wide~fry until the bottom is golden

Pour in the water and cover the stew. I use an electric baking pan. After closing the lid, the water vapor cannot escape. So I will let off some steam in about 3-5 minutes, and simmer it for about 10 minutes after medium heat. Not much (use a small spoon of soup for the noodles, half a spoon of starch + half a spoon of flour + 4 spoons of water)
