Crispy Okara Cake

Pour hot water into the flour and knead it into a smooth and soft dough, and let it grow for about 30 minutes.

Soak the soybeans in advance, and use a soymilk machine to make soy milk.

Strain the bean dregs and put them in a dry pot to dry on a low heat.

Stir-fry until it is light yellow and loose and pour out.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, add sesame seeds in cold oil, and stir-fry until the aroma of sesame is overflowing.

Pour in the toasted bean dregs, salt and mix well.

Let cool for later use.

Roll out the good dough into thin slices. Brush with a thin layer of oil, and spread with bean dregs and sesame crackers.

Sprinkle a layer of chopped green onions.

Roll up from one side.

Slightly stretch and twist the two ends toward the middle.

Overlap and squash. It takes about 5 minutes.

Roll into a round cake shape.
