Crispy Onion Rings

Large collection of materials.

Cut the onion horizontally into round slices of uniform size.

Sprinkle a little flour on the onion rings and mix well.

Beat the eggs, add salt and black pepper and stir well.

Dip the onion rings in the egg mixture.

Dip the onion rings evenly with flour.

Then dip the onion rings in the egg mixture, put them in the breadcrumb tray and roll them evenly with a layer of breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, put the onion rings one by one into low heat and fry them until golden brown.

It can be eaten directly after being fried, or dipped in tomato sauce or sprinkled with salt and black pepper.
