Crispy Potato Balls

The potatoes are peeled and sliced and steamed in a pot.

The steamed potatoes are pressed into a puree.
3.
With salt.
4.
Add starch.
5.
Add chopped green onion and form dough.
6.
Knead into small balls, fry golden brown in a pan at 50% oil temperature.
