Crispy Potato Chips

Peel and wash potatoes.

Cut potatoes into thin slices and soak in water for five minutes with salt.
3.
Line the baking tray with greased paper and brush the oil.
4.
The potato chips are dried and placed on the baking tray.
5.
Bake at 165° in the oven for ten minutes.
6.
Take out the baking tray and turn it over, repeat this several times until it is crispy.
7.

Sprinkle with black sesame powder.
