Crispy Pretzel Shrimp

Pick out the prawns and cut off the prawns. Wash them and add vinegar, cooking wine, light soy sauce and a little salt to marinate for one hour;

Tips:
1. The amount of salt and pepper can be increased or decreased according to your own taste;
2. The marinated prawns do not need to be wiped too dry, otherwise the starch will not be easily covered;
3. Chili peppers can be selected according to personal preference. I cook them for children, so I choose non-spicy bell peppers.
