Crispy Shrimp

Wash the shrimp, remove the shells, and remove the shrimp threads. If you like, you can keep a small tail of the shrimp, and it will look very good when fried.

Add salt, sugar, pepper, light soy sauce and marinate for a while.

Prepare a dry crispy fried powder (available in supermarkets), put the shrimps in and evenly coat with a layer of dry powder.

Then put it in the crispy fried flour paste (the crispy fried flour is mixed with water), and coat it with a layer of batter.

Put it into a 70% hot oil pan, fry it until golden, then remove and enjoy.
Tips:
1. There is already some salty flavor in the recipe of crispy fried powder, no need to adjust it.
2. After the fresh shrimp is cleaned, it is best to use kitchen paper or a clean cloth to dry the water to avoid oiliness during frying.
