This squid ring says it’s a dish, it’s not counted, it can only be regarded as a good snack. I seldom make deep-fried food at home. Although I love to eat it, after all, if I eat too much, I will get angry, so I occasionally cook it once or twice to relieve my greed.

Crispy Squid Rings

1. Prepare squid and breadcrumbs

2. Wash the squid to remove the intestines in the belly, and tear off the dark outer coat

3. Cut the squid into rings

4. Add salt

5. Add cooking wine

6. Then mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

7. Prepare cornstarch, beaten eggs, and pour bread crumbs into a bowl

8. Dip the marinated squid rings in cornstarch

9. Dip in egg liquid

10. Then breadcrumbs

11. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and cook until 80% hot

12. Put the squid rings in the oil pan

13. Fry until golden brown to pick up the oil
