I like horseshoes very much, and there are a few lion heads left, which are just fried with snow peas, fresh and crisp. This dish is very good as a vegetarian dish for dinner or as a side dish for breakfast. It is refreshing and healthy!

Crispy Stir-fried Snow Peas and Horseshoe

1. Snow peas remove the head and tail, silken, and wash;
Horseshoes are peeled and washed;
Wash the carrots (a small root is fine, if a large one, half a root is sufficient);
Garlic peeled

2. Carrots and horseshoe slices;
Garlic sliced or minced

3. Heat up a frying pan, add minced garlic and sauté

4. Stir-fry carrots

5. Bottom snow peas and horseshoe

6. Add salt and white pepper, stir fry quickly for 1 minute, turn off the heat

Tips:

Stir fry on medium heat for no more than one minute, otherwise it will become soft and lose the crispy taste of the dish itself.
