Crispy Stir-fried Snow Peas and Horseshoe

Snow peas remove the head and tail, silken, and wash;
Horseshoes are peeled and washed;
Wash the carrots (a small root is fine, if a large one, half a root is sufficient);
Garlic peeled

Carrots and horseshoe slices;
Garlic sliced or minced

Heat up a frying pan, add minced garlic and sauté
4.
Stir-fry carrots

Bottom snow peas and horseshoe
6.
Add salt and white pepper, stir fry quickly for 1 minute, turn off the heat
Tips:
Stir fry on medium heat for no more than one minute, otherwise it will become soft and lose the crispy taste of the dish itself.
