Crispy Taro

Taro sliced and set aside

Mix flour and water into a paste, add some salt to taste

Put the taro slices in the batter and roll it so that it is evenly covered with the batter

Put the battered taro slices into the oil pan and fry them at low temperature
5.
Remove and drain the oil

You can eat it with chili sauce or salad dressing as you like.
Tips:
1. The batter is slightly thicker, which makes it easier to batter;
2. The fried taro is delicious when eaten while it's hot and empty.
