Wash the old tofu and soak it in light salt water for 10 minutes. This will make the tofu firmer and not easy to loose. Remove, cut into pieces, use kitchen paper towels to absorb excess water

Heat the oil pan, add the old tofu, fry on low heat, shake the wok lightly, so that the tofu is evenly coated with oil and prevent sticking to the pan

Fry golden on one side and turn it over, fry until golden on both sides

Pour in the prepared bowl of juice, cook for 2-3 minutes to make the tofu flavorful, collect the juice on high heat, and sprinkle with fried white sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
