Crispy Tofu Rolls

Cut the tofu clothes into the size shown in the picture

Mince the shiitake mushrooms, mince the green onions, and put them into the mixer together with the minced meat, then add the beaten eggs, dry starch, cooking oil, cooking wine, salt and a little soy sauce, mix well, and place part of the minced shiitake mushrooms on the tofu coat.
