Crispy Twist

Put the flour, oil, eggs, salt, and salad oil together and stir well, warm the water to dissolve the yeast and slowly add it, the dough is slightly softer, knead the dough for two hours, and let the dough become honeycomb-shaped.

Grab it into a small dough and knead it into the size you like. You must have a certain amount of patience. I made half of the original flavor and half of the pepper leaf.

Boil the oil to 60% heat, put in the twists, and use chopsticks to turn them until the twists float, turn off the heat and fry slowly, and keep turning until the color is uniform.

Fry until golden brown and you can get out of the pan
