Crispy White Fries

Wash the fresh sweet potatoes; hehe, the skin is sweet potatoes and the flesh is white, so it is called sweet potatoes.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into strips;

Cut the white fries, sprinkle with salt and marinate for 10 minutes;

Coated with fried powder, add appropriate amount of water, salt, and five-spice powder to mix until it becomes a paste;

Add the French fries and coat the paste evenly;

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, the oil temperature is about 150 degrees, and put in French fries;

Fry until slightly yellow, and all the fries can be fished out; PS: I can't fry too much each time, I divided it into three times.

Take it out, soak up the excess oil with kitchen oil-absorbing paper, and enjoy it.
Tips:
1. When choosing sweet potatoes, choose even long strips;
2. The oil temperature should be controlled when French fries, otherwise it will not be crisp.
