Crucian Carp Tofu Fungus Soup

Remove the scales and wash the crucian carp.

Put oil in a pan to heat, and fry the fish on both sides until it is slightly browned.

Add water to the pot, add sliced ginger, and boil until the soup turns white.

Soak and wash the black fungus in advance, pour it into the soup and bring it to a boil. Then add tofu. Continue to boil.
