The mushroom I bought today is a variety called velvet mushroom. Because of its shape and cap resembling velvet antler, it is called "deer antler mushroom". The velvet mushroom is rich in protein, has the function of nourishing the kidneys and liver, and strengthens the bones and muscles. The market price is not expensive, just two yuan is enough.

To clean the crucian carp, the black film adhering to the inner wall of the fish belly must be cleaned up, otherwise the fish soup will be very fishy, and the black film can be gently scraped off with a knife. After cleaning, heat in a non-stick pan, pour two teaspoons of tea oil, add a little ginger, then put the crucian carp in the pan and fry on both sides until slightly yellow.

Add appropriate amount of hot water to the boiling pot, and put the fried carp into the pot after boiling. Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium-low heat.

Tips:
Velvet mushrooms can also be replaced with other mushrooms.
Try to put as little salt as possible in the fish soup, otherwise the saltiness will affect the deliciousness of the fish soup.
