Crucian Fish Soup
1.
Add the crucian carp in a hot pan with oil
2.
Fry the crucian carp until golden on both sides
3.
Put the fried crucian carp into boiling water and add green onion and ginger slices
4.
Boil on high heat for 5 minutes, cover and turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour
5.
Add salt to taste
