Crucian Fish Soup
1.
Put oil in the pan, sprinkle some salt, add the fish and fry until both sides are browned

Add fish-free water
3.
Add ginger and stew until the fish soup is milky white
4.
Add salt to taste
5.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
Tips:
1. Sprinkle some salt when frying the fish, it will not stick to the pan so easily
2. Do not move the fish during the frying process, and the fish skin will not fall off easily when frying until golden.
