Crucian Fish Soup

Prepare crucian carp, green onion, ginger slices.

Sprinkle the green onion and ginger into the belly of the crucian carp.
3.
Prepare a poached egg.
4.
Use less oil and fry both sides of the fish.
5.
Add hot water, add poached eggs, and cook for half an hour.
6.
Season with a little salt and cook for another 20 minutes.
