Crucian Fish Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Change the crucian carp to a knife and add fine salt to lightly marinate.

3. Reheat the pan and put the marinated fish in the pan.

4. Add sliced ginger and green onion and fry together until slightly browned on both sides.

5. Set up another soup pot, add water and bring to a boil.

6. Put the fried crucian carp into the pot.

7. Boil on high heat until the soup base opens, then turn to medium heat and cook for half an hour.

8. Finally add salt to taste.

9. Add scallions according to personal preference.
