Crucian Tofu Soup

Kill the crucian carp, wash the tofu and cut into pieces for later use

Heat the wok, add 50 grams of peanut oil and stir-fry the ginger slices, add the crucian carp and fry it slightly, add boiling water (about two fingers of the fish), then add the tofu cubes to a boil on high heat until the soup is thick and white

Add half a tablespoon of salt (about 5 grams), half a tablespoon of pepper (about 5 grams), and half a tablespoon of sugar (about 5 grams) to taste, put it in a soup pot, sprinkle with chopped coriander (or chopped chives) and enjoy
