Crucian Tofu Soup

Clean up the crucian carp, and then make a few strokes on the fish. Cut tofu into small pieces, slice ginger for later use

Spread a little salt on the crucian carp, add a spoonful of cooking wine and a few slices of ginger to marinate for ten minutes

Put a little oil in the pot, put the fish in the pot after the oil is hot

Fry slowly on low heat, fry on one side until slightly yellow, then turn over and continue frying on the other side

Put the fried fish in an electric cooker and pour about 1500 ml of hot water

Select the fish soup function and start to stew

Simmer for about an hour, put the tofu in the pot, and then simmer for another half an hour

Sprinkle a little salt to taste before serving
Tips:
1. Crucian carp must be cleaned, otherwise it will affect the taste.
2. In order to maintain the original flavor of this soup, I didn't add any seasonings, let alone chicken essence.
3. When adding water, be sure to put hot water.
4. Don't put the salt too early, just add some salt to taste according to your taste before cooking.
