Crucian Tofu Soup

Raw materials, no tofu. I drove the fish by myself. Don't wash the blood clots of the fish roe inside, and drain the water.

Seasoning, no fish sauce and pepper.

After washing the pot, wipe off the water, heat it until it smokes (it should be hot enough anyway), then add oil to heat and use medium heat. When the oil is hot, turn to high heat and fry the fish until it is hot.

Fry until slightly golden and turn it over.

The whole process is deep-fried until the heat is high, pay attention to the burning, don't always shovel the fish, just turn the pot more and let it fry evenly.

The water should be brought to a boil in advance, and the fried fish should be put in boiling water and boiled over high heat for 8 minutes with a cover. The amount of water should be a little more than two soups.

Add tofu after 8 minutes.

Cook on high heat for another 2 minutes.

Add a spoonful of chicken powder, appropriate amount of fish sauce (according to your own taste) and the ingredients, and sprinkle with pepper.

The creamy white crucian tofu soup is cooked for the second time.
