Crucian Tofu Soup

Wash the crucian carp, cut a few knives on both sides, cut the ginger and garlic for later use

Heat the oil in the pan
3.
Stir fry with ginger and garlic
4.
Pour a small amount of salt to prevent the skin from sticking

Add the fish and fry it
6.
Sprinkle a little salt on the fish

Pour a bowl of water

Add the tofu cubes and cover the lid to cook a thick soup
