Crucian Tofu Soup
1.
The material is shown in the picture.
2.
Clean the crucian carp (mine was killed in the vegetable farm), use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the surface, slice the tofu, wash with ginger, and pat it for later use.
3.
Heat the wok, add some oil when the pan is hot.
4.
Slide the crucian carp in and fry until fragrant.
5.
Turn it over and fry the other side.
6.
Add enough water, put the ginger, and bring to a boil on high heat.
7.
After the water is boiled, continue to cook for a few minutes on high heat until the soup turns milky white. Put the tofu, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
8.
Add the right amount of salt and you can get it out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Buy crucian carp fresh, so that the stewed soup is fresh.
2. Tofu will taste better with soft tofu.
