Crucian Tofu Soup

Soak the crucian carp in water, remove the internal organs and the black film in the belly, wash and set aside, and slice the ginger.

Tofu cut into small cubes. stand-by.

Add oil in a hot pan, add ginger slices to 50% heat and stir fry to taste.

Add crucian carp and fry yellow on both sides.

Put in boiling water, the water must be covered with fish.

Add tofu when the water is boiling. Simmer on high heat for 15 minutes.
