Crucian Tofu Soup

Prepare the required ingredients

Put the right amount of lard in the pot
3.
Add ginger slices and sauté
4.
Put the crucian carp in the pot when it smokes

Fry until both sides are yellow, pour in some boiling water

Add tofu cubes after boiling the water

Add cooking wine after boiling again

Tips:
1. Use lard instead of salad oil to cook crucian carp soup to make the soup thicker and whiter
