Crucian Tofu Soup

Fresh live fish, slaughtered and washed.

Add a little cooking wine and marinate the fish.

Cut the green onion into sections, prepare the star anise and ginger slices, and cut the tofu into large pieces.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, heat, put the fish in, and fry on both sides. If the pan is sticky, add some ginger slices in the oil to prevent sticking.

Boil the inner boiling water, and put the fried fish in.

Add the sliced ginger, green onion, and star anise.

Stew the crucian carp until the soup turns white, add tofu.
8.
After simmering, add white pepper.
9.
Add sesame oil.
10.
Add coriander.
