Crystal Clear Pearl Balls

Wash and chop fresh foreleg meat, add appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce, cooking wine, white pepper, light soy sauce, sesame oil, stir vigorously, add appropriate amount of wet starch, continue to stir evenly, add a little food oil, mix well and set aside.

The amounts of various ingredients and seasonings are approximate, not precise. Rice can be used if there is no glutinous rice.
